What's the difference between plans?

Complete includes unlimited support, advanced security, 24/7 monitoring, automated backups, and all project work. Security Essentials provides core protection with support billed separately.

Are there any setup fees?

We typically waive setup fees for contracts of 12 months or longer. Month-to-month agreements may include onboarding costs.

What if I'm not satisfied?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan with 30 days notice. We'll help manage the transition smoothly.

What is a "project"?

A project is any net new technology, migration, or upgrade to your IT systems. This could be changing email filing systems, migrating to a cloud file server, setting up new software, or implementing new security measures. On the Complete plan, all projects are included. On Security Essentials, projects are billed at our hourly rate.
