What if my head count goes up or down?

Our flexible pricing model automatically adjusts to your current headcount. We review and update your plan monthly, ensuring you only pay for the services you need. This scalability makes it easy to grow or downsize your IT support as your business changes.

Do you charge project fees?

No, we don't charge project fees. Instead, we offer a simple monthly rate that covers all your IT needs. This approach allows us to focus on delivering the best solutions and proactively developing a strategic IT roadmap for your business, without the constraints of project-based billing.

Support & Response

What are your response times like?

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 30–45 minutes and resolve most issues within 1–2 hours, depending on their complexity. In many cases, we can address problems immediately, while others may require reviewing logs and coordinating with you based on your availability.

Do you offer after hours emergency support?

Yes, we provide comprehensive after-hours emergency support, including weekends and evenings. While response times may vary based on urgency and time of reporting, we ensure critical issues are addressed promptly to minimize business disruption.

Service Coverage

We aren't in Calgary or Vancouver, can you help us?

Yes, we can help you with your IT needs no matter where you are located. We offer remote support services to clients across Canada and the United States. Keep in mind our ability to maintain physical IT equipment will be limited, which is why we do prefer working with companies local to our employees.

Can you help us integrate our existing systems?

We can definitely take a look to see if we can integrate your existing systems. In some situations when an integration requires more in depth software development skills, we can provide a reference to someone who can better assist.

We aren't ready for fully managed IT services, can you help us with projects?

Of course! While we think the best value is in a fully managed IT service, we do offer project based services. We'll sit down with you to understand your needs and provide a custom quote for the project.
